Yep. Working now. But I have no idea. W.A. must be the most expensive rego in Australia, and you have to be a member of a club to get any discount over here.

They are still doing well, as are many other related businesses. Most clubs have had significant membership increases too.

Not only do you have to be a member of a car club in WA, you cannot have your car modified, you can do things like period correct wheels but not much else. Way to restrictive.

Seriously though years of hard work and lobbying by Stinky and others have made a lot of modifiers in SA very happy. Anecdotally it is easier to get your modified car registered now too if it is going on Club reg.

Which makes perfect sense to anyone who isn't on the government payroll in Western Australia. It is about time the rules were made national. The idiots over here have the NCOP rules on their website, but then ignore them when you want to engineer a car to put a more efficient motor in it. My jocks have just about blown out from sufferage.
