Anyone know who rebuilds steering racks? I've tried sourcing parts to do it myself but no one can supply any.

whats wrong with the one you have. the bush in the left side you can buy from holden its about $8. we done one at work the other day.

I'm going to be completely restoring the car so everything is getting rebuilt.
Do you know if you can still get the pinion shaft seal and rack ends?

not sure about that, the rack at work only needed the bush.

Wilkinson Suspension can recondition it, will be about $120 or something.

Rack ends are still avail
But yes Wilkos do them too...... Daves kinky with one of the guys up there so he gets a good deal
APs in Osi PArk do them too (next to Rare Spares) but he doesn't have exchange and he charges abit
Repco used to sell them too

Fulcrum Suspension also do Exchanged reco'd rack for bout $300-400. i had to get one for mine couple mounths back as my old rack just collapsed while drivin home one day
