GPC have done a much better job of not stuffing around with and destroying the companies they acquire in the last few years.
Fingers crossed they'll continue on this trend with Rare Spares. Hopefully it's a good thing.

We all know what the "REPCO" acronym stands for.

A larger spread of availability in local stores is a good thing.
You should join all of the retailers clubs, plenty of good discounts for members.

They changed that a couple of years ago, but didn't make that much of a mention of it. Changed their pricing structure radically on tens of thousands of spare parts. I guess they didn't want to make a huge song & dance about the fact they'd knowingly been offering such uncompetitive pricing for so long..We all know what the "REPCO" acronym stands for.
Supercheap & Autobarn kinda suck compared to Repco nowadays. But they are Australian owned.

I've been a member of the Auto One "club" since the late 80's. I used to buy Rare Spares panels that had been made in the original Holden presses from the old Bunbury Auto One shop too.
