Hi all , has anyone repaired a locking fuel cap? I unfortunately dropped it whilst taking it off .So I’ve drilled out the rivet (assuming it’s a rivet of sorts ) I was just going to use a stainless steel rivet as a replacement, has anyone else repaired one ? Thanks Paul.

I have repaired one by drilling and tapping out the on top and use a counter sunk allen head screw instead of the rivet

I used a rivet to repair the cap ,seems to have enough grab and it's nice and tight.Managed to salvage it Gene!👍
