Hi everyone, I’m after some help with some measurements plz, I am currently setting up the rear end in a hatchback and want to make sure the rear wheels are centered. My quarter panels were already cut and bashed so I’m a little unsure somethings are saying yes others are saying no haha, I found that the wheel base measurement is very similar 2590mm but I was wondering if someone could give a measurement from the inner quarter edge where it meets the door to the centre of the wheel plz. I did a little diagram to assist, thanks in advance and cheers.

Unless you have modified the control arms or their attachments to floor and/or diff they should be correct?

For what it’s worth I got approx 730mm on both sides of one of the hatches and the same on the accessible side of the other one.

Both have 9 inch diffs though.

That’s great thank you, yes I have modified the back a bit it has a nine inch with 17”x10” wheels with adjustable control arms that were set to factory length initially but we’ve had to adjust them slightly for pinion angles. I’ll measure mine now and fingers crossed. Thanks again. Cheers.

Don’t worry about pinion agile too much. As long as it drives ok I wouldn’t be fussed.
