Just wondering if anyone has any information on what the standard front drum I.D should be and or subsequent oversizing?

Standard LJ front drums are 9.00 inches.

 

It is quite common to see these machined out to 40, 50, 60 thou.

 

0.9625-inch is the No. 1 oversize where (thicker) oversize shoes are required. Don't go over 80 thou for front drums.

 

Being front drums it is also a good idea to have the shoes radiused to match the newly machined drum.
