Has anyone got a parts diagram for the brake distribution block, i'm trying to work out how to get it apart. Can the piston be tapped out through the front brake pipe hole?

Rodney, there is a plug in the end of the housing. Undo that and the piston assy can be removed.

I haven't had one apart but a fine pin punch or similar tool could be inserted through the front brake pipe port to tap the piston assy out if it won't easily pull out.

May need to soak it in brake cleaner or metho for a while if it is being stubborn.

Thanks Dave, i've  pulled that plug and it is very rusty in there so i think it will need a bit of help to get moving. i tried tapping it through the front port but it was solid, i will soak it and try again.

I'm about to undertake this job myself as the brake warning light won't go off irrespective of what I do, so my 'O' rings will also be rooted I suspect.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that the sender unit should be removed before the rest of the internals are pulled out from the back.
