Where do I sell an L34 gear cluster?

Afternoon guys,

 

My fathers XU1 replica has some racing pedigree but is now relegated to a weekend cruiser. 

 

We have recently removed the transmission for a freshen up and to our surprise, the mechanic found that it contained a 484 gear cluster in very good condition.

 

As a result, the cluster will not be re-installed.  The plan is to sell it and recoup some funds for the rebuild.

 

Obviously we would like to see the cluster go to someone who needs it for an L34 restoration but we were unsure if ebay would be the best place to facilitate this?

 

Thoughts and advice are welcome.

Maybe get a hold of Craig to advertise it in his newsletter.

484 cluster is also an XU1 option.

A few of the 484 were made. Don't know about the 899, but that one was never available in the L34.
