I'm After some advise with straightening a small kink in the lhf chassie, i have completely stripped it down to just a rail now and i have tooling to to get it done eg pulling posts, hyd pulling gear etc, it only appears to be the outer skin that is demaged and the inner still good, i have another completely restored torana and have pulled all measurements off that so far, if someone is willing to cut one off another car i would also be very keen to get hold of one, at this point i was thinking of removing the outer skin back to the firewall and either fabricating a new bit or using my English wheel to repair but i believe this could also be done with a bit of heat and pulling gear and would love to chat with someone a little more experienced in this area, I have attached a pic for reference, if you look where the rear bolt goes of the cross member you can see a small high spot that I've circled, i have started to give it a few pulls where the kink is in and its 100 percent better then it was but i would really like to get it perfect again , i was thinking of applying some heat to the high spot while pulling where the kink was to try and flatten out more but as you cannot get a dolley behind it i just done think you will get it all the way out unless you cut the outer skin off and do as i mentioned above, most people wouldn't stuff around with this but im always up for a challenge
