Just wondering if you can change the stud pattern on billet wheels..eg weld and redrill

I own a EH and have HQ pattern as I put HQ brakes on the front. I had the axles in the diff changed to HQ pattern as I thought I would have a greater variety of wheels to choose from then.
However.....I now have the opportunity to buy some sweet billet 17s that came off an EH but they have EH stud pattern.

What is my best option without spending too much...otherwise Id be better off getting some cheaper wheels.

And does anyone know of anywhere on the Gold Coast or close to that they would trust to do this? or does it?

cheers
Sam

Not so sure that re-drilling the rims is you best option.

But you could re-drill your HQ rotors to suit EH/Torana stud pattern. That doesn't cost much. You'd just have to do the same on the back brakes.
