Firstly, this is for a bicycle project, not a car, so not a high-stress component.

What I want is some alloy discs (probably 5 total,), 4-5mm thick, around 130mm outside diameter, with accurately machined inside diameter. I simply don't have the tools to do it myself.

If anyone here is interested, please respond. I will of course pay in advance for any work done. I know that skilled time is valuable, so I am happy to pay your going rate.

If you are interested, please let me know.

Hi Steve. Have you tried anyone local that does waterjet cutting. I have had a few small things done and found them reasonably priced. Cheers Ron

If you are anywhere near the Hunter contact Pete Mallaby, Mallaby sheet metal Mount Thornley. He is an FE FC modifier genius, friendly and helpful. Does a lot with water jet, metal and plastic.

Thanks for the suggestions. Fortunately, I stumbled across a couple of things on Ebay that should do the job. It will take a bit of fiddling, but that's all part of the fun.
