Hi All

I have tried all the great ideas of how to prevent the back of the LC bonnet sticking up. In desperation I have just pulled off the hinges and the holes that mount to the body are 11mm and I drilled them out to 13mm. This probably allows for the wear and tear of the hinges. After some adjustments the bonnet sit spot on.

We used to purposely get the back to sit up back in the day.

From memory, you did the opposite to the hinges to what you wanted to achieve.

If you wanted the back up, you put the front part of the hinges up.

But we were playing with hinges that didnt have the wear problems that would be encountered today.
