I'd recently been wondering the same thing. The fan motor and blade were made by Smiths, would they also have made the rest if the heater box or did GMH or someone do those?
A bit of a thread steal here, sorry Gary. I currently have the Smith's decals that were on the fan motors available.

Air International made the Nasco/GMP&A kits for GMH for dealer fitment so it might have been them? They made complete A/C units for GMH by 1980. It could easily have been a small-ish company like them. The same company may also have done similar stuff locally for Ford, Toyota/AMI, Datsun/Nissan etc.

I would have assumed that it was Smith's aswell, I've seen a hj air con box at a swap meet with gmh part number stencil & a few Smith's decals on it.
I will take 1 of the stickers for the fan motor for my friends 73 James, when you're ready to please.
