[GTR NORTH]

Next part of rebuild is the Heater box, stripped down and all going well, looking at getting Heater core re cored and pressure tested before refitment, Quote over $500...Anyone know if possible to purchase new Heater core units as a comparison.

Any recommendations or advice welcomed, Cheers.

no new ones , did mine for 500  by natrad, pressure test it first

I had one reconditioned and pressure tested years ago by Swan Radiators ,told me it was a shit of a job ,hopefully it will last awhile.

Several years ago now 2020, but my radiator guy at Beenleigh in brissy (Hotspot Radiators) was able to recore mine ... cost $350 then.

Ken at Pacific Radiator Service in Cairns did mine about 12 months ago for under $400 - tell him Adam from Kenfrost sent you!
