Thanks Byron, that confirms it for me.
Brad, yours may have the wrong cover on it. The October 1973 HQ cattledog gives a P/N of 2816753 for the cover and 7435456 for the timing indicator. It is the same in the September 1975 LH book, but changes to 9938739 for the cover in the March 1976 LX book. (Timing indicator not mentioned)
By the way Brad, did you scan the March (?) 1974 LH parts book? I don't have that one.

Yep. I have downloaded that one, and thanks to you for taking the time to scan them. I will have to make it my mission to scan my early one, although on my machine it will take a year.

Yep mine may have a later cover installed? The engine has been rebuilt at some stage of its life as it has REPCO pistons fitted.
I was lucky I had time to kill at work one day and used our big scanner.
