I sold a Torana shell to a relative of mine back when we sold the farm. It was pretty rough, but he had the skills to repair it and he wound up making a nice SL/R 5000 replica out of it.  He sold it two months ago, and the next numbnut that bought it has put photos up on Facebook almost boasting about how he "lost it" and hit a curb sideways hard enough to roll it over. It actually looks like it is repairable, but he was asking if anyone knew where he could get another shell.

Likely to be another case where a few hundred bucks for an advanced driving course may have saved a heap of money.

Cheers

Must've done an interesting flip mid-air for it to land arse-down (typically they crush the front of the roof and slide along on the bonnet).

Unless the boot was full of something very heavy?

Maybe the driver left his brain in there.  Although I doubt it would be very heavy.

Its shared the fate of many others.

An excess of confidence over competence.
