I happen to put a post up on a Toowoomba Community FB page asking for any info on the City Auto Sales dealership from the 70’s as that’s where my car was sold from in 1976. Managed to get the daughter of the owner make some comments and show me where it was located etc.

She has sent me some pics that she has found and one of them shows what I think is a HQ coupe with a swivel seat!???! How bizarre? Surely this was not a factory option??

I’ve seen that swivel seat on a US GM car before. Buick or Pontiac or similar. Probably pretty much bolted in, shows you how similar a Holden W body is to a GM A body.
