I am after the thread size and type on the Air injection ports in a 2.8 blue motor head

Need to buy some plugs

They are bigger than 3/8", maybe 5/8".

Yep, 5/8" UNF grub screws are perfect for the job.

 

The other plugs in the head would be for water jacket connections. They are all 1/2" NPT.

5/8 unf, i installed them and maked the location, removed and cut 90% thru with thin cut off, re installed them and snapped them off , then ground level, i also ground the inside of the exhaust port
