Having Cars sit around for months / weeks is not good for the fuel so i thinking of a idea that may help

Vented fuel tanks are supposed to worst than sealed tanks for fuel life so the idea is to put a tap on the vent that can be open when used and closed when the car is stored.

This would cause a problem on hot days with to much pressure in the tank , to over come this problem a Pressure relief valve would also be added

Finding a small enough Pressure relief valve with the right pressure and having a tap that is easy to get to may be a problem

Other things like non vented cap and fuel tap could also be added

Would make it a little bit harder to steal as well if done right

Is this a Good idea or bad and anyone seen / done something similar ?
