Hi all. Looking for some advice please. I have a Rare Spares replacement battery tray section for my LX Hatchback. What's the best/easiest way to remove 'unknit' the original battery tray section which is completed roached. Cheers. Dave

Find the spot welds, use a small pilot drill, maybe 1/8", then a bigger, maybe 3/8" drill with a shallow angle and remove the spot weld without drilling through all the way.

Does the rares tray have holes in the same places to weld through?
