It has been discussed amongst the admin and moderation team, that we should lay a wreath at the crash site in memory of a great man.

We are going to purchase this wreath out of the monies raised by the forum from the sale of the shirts and stickers, as well as the generous donations that we have received from Rare Spares.

I'm going to ask some of the people who have already said that they are going if they could lay the wreath on our behalf, Hopefully wearing a GMH-Torana shirt.

We as the admin team believe that this the right and respectful thing to do, and i hope that the members here will appreciate the gesture.

Regards
Tiny and the Admin Team.

well done Tiny and team, couldn't think of a better way of spending the funds. Just wish I personally lived in WA to attend.

Thanks for the thoughts guys.

At this stage we have decided to lay a really nice wreath at the crash site. Whatever costs are incurred will come out of the forum account.

I'll have a talk with the admin team to see if we want to do any other fundraising to contribute to the Peter Brock foundation.

The funds used have been raised by the members here from the purchase of the shirts, stickers and again by the gracious donation of Rare Speares to this forum.

I think it's fitting that we lay a really nice Wreath to show our appreciation on behalf of all members.

Thanks for your support everyone.

Lovley thought guy's, we laid some flowers at Holden's Elizabeth plant yesterday which was covered by the major television networks here in Adelaide.

I am sure HTC will pitch with a donation which we will discus at tonights club meeting.

Holden Motorsport website, run by Tim Pemberton I believe, is the best source of information at this stage on arrangements, including adress to send flowers to:-

I'm getting a wreath organised for this Sunday, I'm just wondering if anyone has some suggestions or input into what they'd like to be on the banner.

Naturally I was thinking of something tasteful, which sums up what Peter Perfect meant to us here on the site.

Feel free to post them here, PM me or email [email protected]

I was thinking something along the lines of :

"Peter Geoffrey Brock, Admired, Respected and Loved by all. GMH-Torana.com"

Just something simple in my opinion.

Cheers

What about something like "Gone, but never forgotten. Thanks for the memories Brocky - The Members of GMH-Torana.com"?
