Door Hinges

Gday there ppl does anyone know any effective ways to clan up and paint door hinges without taking them appart any suggestions muchly appreciated :spoton:

I would use some thinners/acetone and a scotch brite to clean them up. Then mix up a small qty of paint and touch brush them up.

Thanks Toranavista so u think brush them rather then psray or should i spray them first :blink:

Clean them up and touch them up if that's all that is required. Otherwise you may need to spray them in situ if you dont want to remove them. Make sure the bushes are good before deciding not to completely remove them. Doesnt take that long, just fiddly.

Assuming acrylic. Spray em, crack the joint once the paint is touch dry to create a weak point in the paint.
