Suspended from Ebay

Dear kevsc,
Due to a recent policy violation, this account has temporarily been restricted from listing new items for a period of approximately one day. Your account has not been suspended. While your account is restricted from listing new items, you will still have full access to other account functions such as sending email, obtaining shipping addresses, leaving feedback and more. Suspensions result in the cancellation of all listings, emails to bidders, and blocked access to other account functions. To avoid the potential of account suspension - please ensure compliance with eBay policy.
My reply
I have been suspended and received negative feedback from listing a free link to download the Peter Brock funeral programs while you continue to allow other sellers to violate your own rules in relation to profiteering from a tragedy. I expect some sort of answer from you people from within the next few hours or I will be taking my story to A current affair. Us the people who keep your company running are fed up with you letting this practice of sellers cashing in on deaths to continue.

If you do get an email, you can also send it to [email protected] for verification.
I've gotten a few lately saying that my accounts been suspended for non-payment of crap from America. I haven't bought anything off e-bay in excess of 12 months now, so that alerted me that it may be a hoax.
If you click on the link in the email, guess which page it goes straight to? Member log-in and password. They are skimming for user id's and passwords. If you've clicked the link in such an email, get that user name suspended immediately, and set up a new one.

Your right, ACA and TodayTonight have been running a few ebay stories but it doesn't really matter to ebay because people will still sell and buy shit from them because ebay it the biggest online action place and people know that they can buy and sell shit there.Even if A current afaire shows the story on air i doubt ebay will suffer in anyway, poeple will still use ebay regardless..
Maybe the ACA can do somthing about it, maybe give ebay a big hefty fine and id be asking for an apology email from ebay just to stick it up em..
ACA have no power at all, they can put the story up and hope the public stop using ebay or that the authorities do something then. (not that I'm saying what ebay done is right, because i think it was a good thing to put up the link to stop people from cashing in on brocky death(If that what you where restricted for.)) But you did break the rules to which you agreed when you signed up. Therefore meaning they had every right to restrict you account.
