cars and there for springs are not made in this way, there is no N/S and O/S spring in a set unless you specifficly request this.Most cars sit slightly higher on the lright hand side. To compensate for the weight of the driver as most times there is no one in the passenger seat. It has to do with wheel alignement tyre wear etc. If you measure the front springs you will find the right hand site front spring is slightly higher than the left.
EDIT; the car is designed to carry five people with a load in the boot.
your car should sit level on level ground.

I had a front spring out on my old HQ for a couple of weeks and when it went back in that side was higher the the other for a few months

who knows whats the go there 71 xu1s idea is the one that sounds right
ive heard that a friend of a friend of mines mother has a xd ford shes a big woman and well on the left side its stock (6 spings) on the drivers side however it has heavy duty v8 springs !!

pull your springs out and measure the free length.
check all your bushes etc that they are sitting true. (even around the bolt holes).
swap sides when installing the parts and see if that makes a difference.
write down your findings and get them back here.

ok well im flat out at work at the moment so i'll do it as quick as possible and get my results posted as quick as possible as well.
