1/4 window seals fo uc hatchback

I'll be in the market soon to buy new quarter window rubbers. I did use the ford escort door rubbers for about 10 years prior to this rebuild cause they are a little thicker and provide a better seal. But they where so tight that it made opening and closing the windows almost impossible.

I've heard that the orginal seal isn't the best and can leak water which trickles down and rust out your floor. My floor is perfect and i want to keep it that way, any advice would be good. I tried to use my assistance, didn't come up with anything. Taa.
