Don't know if it exists on the forum or not. But I have always been interested in what the rarer colours are for toranas. I mean all models. LC GTR, LC GTR XU1, LJ GTR, LJ GTR XU1, SLR 5000 etc. Anyway with the help of the forum I think it can be done. Playing devils advocate as well is rarer colour always more sought after??

Dont See many Antelope SS Hatch's either... And personally Antelope is a sweet colour!
There are HEAPS of Papaya, Yellow, Red and White SS Hatch's around... so wouldnt call them rare... but they are desirable..

The factory colour of my SL/R is Saffron, can't say that I have seen one in real life in that colour though.

Might be easier to list the common ones for each model. Since the cars themselves are rare there are heaps of rare colours. Especially when the new colours are used at the end on an old model then into a new model. Colours also varied depending on the degree of luxury within a model range.

Dynasty Gold is my vote, I've only ever seen one other car, same model actually LX SS hatch in Wodonga, but had a black bonnet. One night I was driving to my hotel room with the missus in another car, as I had left the Torana at the hotel car park, and I seen this car parked at the Holden dealership, it was a Friday night. I splintered, thought it was mine and had been stolen! Bastard, took about 5 years off my life. Lucky for that black bonnet, otherwise I would have flattened him.

Woo Hoo, mines Nov 77, that means, its still rare as!The l34's would be Contessa Gold. Dynasty was used after September 1st 1977.
