3 only I believe
2 survive

Infact Holden did a lot of "rare" colours on XU1 and A9X

I agree with Datto, Valencia on the A9X hatch is just sex! and would be in the handful of most sought after colours

No one has mentioned Ultra Blue, which was A9X only AFAIK.

My Torana is currently Ultra Blue, have to say it is a HOT colour, and can be so deceiving in different light.

however most of the gmh colours look sweet on a nice clean straight torry ..

Sable metalic is not seen very often

Didnt think so too myself, but besides my XU1 Ive heard of
3 others. 1 built same day/plant, 1 same month/plant but
there was some question of the authenticity of the plates
of the 3rd. Dont know about Sable GTRs.
Goes without saying I like Sable
Lone O Ranger orange (my monaro's paint code)
Mate had a nice Cyan GTR in the 80s
Cant remember the color but a bloke up the road abit had
a metalic pink XU 1, looked sweet sitting in the sun on the
grass verge round about 77/78
Ohh and Yellow Dolly, I miss my yellow dolly & hope the
bastard who stole it in 82 has had a miserable existance.
But any color will do, just like Monaros Torries Chargers etc

my mate has a sable gtr , although its painted purple at the moment , he,s keen on repainting back to original .. its a nice colour

My car was originaly sable met but is currently red. Will change back when time to re-paint car.

What would be the brightest orange they released on a Torana??>?

Is there anyway of have a colour display pinned with each model car ( forum members or colour patches ) with the name of the colour and the date released and date ceased???

Also what factory colour metal primers did they use in what years?
I have 1976 hatchbacks and their brown and black and the 1977s are black in the engine bay and radiator support panel and white everywhere else?
( did the finshed colour control what primer/undercoat was applied at factory )

And what factory colour under coats with what colours did they use???

Also not yet mentioned... Charmios for the LX's. can anyone confirm if its not that common?

thats the clour of mine, and i've only seen 1 other the same paint code.

i must have seen a good hundred+ since getting the internet too...
