Actually from memory i think it was before the cross flow and they had the intake and head as one piece?? Or am i completely wrong.

Yeah judge the old ford heads had the inlet cast in. Unless you were lucky enough to get your hands on a 2V head

All I know for sure is the XE 4.1 EFI had the x-flow alloy head. Around 1983 the Bosch EFI was introduced to pick up where the V8 stopped.

 

XD had leaf springs & the XE had the coil spring rear with the mighty Watts Link.

Baron, you should be careful bending over checking Ford rear ends, cos bad things might happen.

That coupe is a real nice car, one of our club members owns it I think. Would explain it being in the carpark anyway.

Come across a Buggatti Veyron on the side of the road on Rodeo drive when we where there in 2011, was pretty impressed

Love those R8's, this one is the new model with the Lambo V10. I however prefer the old V8 ones, they are obviously slower but just love the V8 sound.

Bumped into the M3 owner. Hates the paint and would never go flat black again.
He thought the LJ was pretty neato.

Not really a Car Park, but it was parked across the road from the Pub on the day Holden anounced it was leaving ......  About as Australian as it gets............
