Just wondering if there is anything special about original LJ XU-1 airdams?

I've got one here, believe it came with my old mans xu-1 all those years ago among the NOS and repair panels that we had.

But, its slightly confusing as its about 3/4 the height of the others we have here?

its just a narrower version.

Not sure if its just an odd aftermarket one from back in the day, or the one on the car is a repro (as it matches the repro I have I the shed at home)

Just curious.

I don't know if the one in my shed is a rates item or not though. (Bought it brand new, but second hand)

Anyone have a height measurement of a Ridgy didge version?

Don't mention cats and killing in the same sentence or some tree hugging hippies will get upset.

hi i think when the stone tray is not genuine it would be easy to drill the holes going by the air dam that could have been tampered with,
they actually look better when there wider at the back

Gene

Genuine front spoilers only came in steel painted black, all stainless steel spoilers are repro. but not all repro spoilers are stainless steel.

I'd like to know what gauge sheet steel (not stainless steel) peoples genuine and repro spoilers are made from.
