Pretty easy to do yourself, Barry. I've done a few over the years, there used to be only about $30 worth of parts... but that was a while ago!
The hardest bit is drilling the old roll pins so you can crack the locknut and unscrew the tie rods, after that it's a piece of cake.
Looks like Rare Spares sell the rack boots ($34.32ea) but I can't find any of the nylon bushes on their website?
Seems they also offer a change-over service on reconditioned rack assemblies too at $377.52
EDIT: I've never looked but I imagine steering racks have date codes on them too so if it still has the original rack and you want to keep the car "numbers matching" maybe rebuild your own... something to consider anyway?
