this is my new torana picked it up today

its running a worked 179hp engine
its a nice quick engine :D
4 speed manual

not bad,,, tell me why do people insist on chroming engine parts??? doesnt it just hold heat and not let it out, like a good little engine should. lol...

Back to the UC's Sarsha? Looks good... Did you paint the block yellow or was it already like that?

Back to the UC's Sarsha? Looks good... Did you paint the block yellow or was it already like that?

Hey!!! I was gonna buy that off SS_Torana a while back - didnt get it cos of a house i just bought.... I have the same motor in my UC, and same 4speed, and same carby, and same diff ratio..... I'll race ya!!

I will definitly be in Brissy in June/July (am going on a 'round auz' cruise in the UC)!! Im going round the coast way, so sunny coast to see a mate, brissy to see another (and you!!), sydney, melbourne, all the big cities excluding taz!! I'll let you know when the time draws near! I'm lookin forward to it!

How quick is the UC compared to ur old one?? I found that a low 15 second 1/4mile in mine is DEFINITLY an improvement over the old 202!!

I would have done exactly the same thing, and I'm sure the carpet will look great too. Did you just vinyl-spray the dash and console? or did you stick a different one in there? Either way, fantastic work, next you have to get some nice wide rear tyres and make the front wheels closer to the guards for the Pro Street look :P

Looks phat with wider tyres! w00t. Chrome work all looks in good nick too. Did you get those steering/front end problems sorted out?

yeah the problem was a warped tyre <_< yeah there toranaz mags we put them on mine into i get some new mags

I saw the UC today on my way home from work, it looks much better in the flesh compared to the pics on the computer.

Looks good! reminded me i should roll mine out of the shed and let it have some
daylight!!
