CRS does them in Castlemaine VIC
Dellow does them in Sydney
Mal Wood does them further north.

Ideally I'd like somewhere in Melbourne, but if I have to travel, I have to travel.

Castlemain has quoted me $390 incl. gst for a complete kit. It's not that far away so go for it, I say.
