brake booster and engine clearence

ive just installed my moter and the gap between my engine and brake booster is very small im even wondering if il have enough room to get my rocker cover of

What engine in what car with stock or aftermarket rocker covers?

its a 308 in a lx sedan with aftermarket rocker covers not original onesl

if your using the tall covers without roller rockers u can revert to standard covers or if you need the taller covers ive seen some guys clip the corner from the cover and weld new sheet across the chamfer.(you follow?)allowing clearance inside and outside the cover. not a nice thing to do to shiny new covers but hey,in some states theyre picky about tape measures.

yes shes got roller rockers and how much clearence would you get by modifing the rocker cover its just gonna be hard to readjust the tappets
