Installing turbo 350, What do i need?

im about to put a th350 into my rana and would like to know what i need?

Do i need a custom crossmemer?
Custom Tailshaft?

You will need a custom tailshaft; although you'll need to wait until the motor's in with the trans to get a mesurement of how long it needs to be. Not sure about the crossmember though..

ahh yea, will have to step up to a v8 shaft :P shame i cant afford to upgrade the diff..

No such thing as can't afford! Better to sell someone a working diff and getting some cash for it, as opposed to blowing it up and junking it...

i couldnt sell it for a gold coin how it is now, its got some play. it also has been leaking ever since i bought it (it leaks ALOT), im happy to destroy it. :D but ill be taking it easy till i get a better diff.

So far i know i need a crossmember from crs and a speedo cable.. and some th350's are short and some long.. if long the tail shaft needs to be shortened (ill work this out once everything has been done, no guess work this time.

oh yea... spigot bush for chev... the motor might have one already, but do i need this?

^thats where it gets tricky, see i thought you had two types of cranks, a manual and an auto, if going from manual to auto you have to take the bush out and the converter has a step about 2 inch diameter which fits the back of the crank.
testing my memory here so someone pls correct me.

contact superformance if you havent allready and ask about the crossmember, they are at capallaba?? i think, they have a website
