Does anyone know if a UC rear seat is the same as an LH/LX seat or if not, how different they are? I know what the LH/LX seats look like so if anyone has a pic of a UC sedan rear seat please post it.

the UC seat isnt exactly the same as an LH/LX, the upright part of the seat wont locate with the the inner seat belts points.
but you could always adapt it.
