WA Diffs in O'conner, or check out the Quokka, I've seen a few for sale in the performance section to suit your car from time to time, asking around $1200-1500.

Final Drive Diff Conversions & Drive Shaft Engineering

I think Phil makes the housings for WA Diff centre. Expect to pay around $1400 for housing with new 31 spline Moser axles.
VEEM Engineering

John Ahearn
VEEM are agents for John Taverna Chassis. Expect to pay $2600 for housing with good used 31 spline axles and rebuilt LSD centre.
If you do get a diff built I would ask for one using a new 9" housing. The used housings can be badly rusted if not stored correctly. If you buy a Taverna diff then specify that you want hub locator's on the axles.

When he was working for Veem he balanced my tailshaft for $30, (on the side during night shift). Definately knows his stuff with 9" diffs.
