Stone tray airdam

Hi coming close to installing the stone tray on the LJ but went to look where to bolt it on and could find where. Could some one please post pictures of theres? Also where does the airdam go on the stone tray? thanks

Hi

As I understand, the stone trays were standard on all 6 cylinders so the mounting holes should be there. One thing to remember is that the 73 stone tray (the one with the long reinforcements) don't retrofit to the earlier models.

The air dam fixes as below.

The stone trays were mounted via four 7/16" head bolts along the front lower lip of the nosecone (captive nuts located on the stone tray), and two large screws either side up into the bottom of each chassis rail.
