Hey chamois hatch, i assume you just mean a track fun day, if so you DONT need a CAMS licence & it dont matter if you are on your P's.

My mate went to Wakefield for a track day with the Datsun Club & it cost $150 for use of track and $40 for a year Clubcomp licence at Wakefield only. That gave him a full day on track and he had heaps of fun (i seen the pics hehehe). If you have more questions call (02) 4822 2811 - Wakefield Park Management.
