how do you match the number on your plate to the number in the chart

Either they've missed it, or the name you have isn't 100% correct.

The car colour is Safron and the number on the plate is 567-15823
I have the order book for the car and that is the colour the first owner asked for when he bought it from new

My number dosnt even apear in the list but the colour is Saffron and it is a 74 LH

Safron is page 2. Your code is the Dulon Shade. GML's code is the Holden Code.

Actually the Holden code for Saffron is 1881; 15823 and 2E001 are both dulux codes the latter is just the updated numbering system. If anyone has a two tone torana (if such a beast exists) I would be very interested in the combination number and the paint codes. Im trying to get a complete list together and I have collected 95% of the single colour codes but only around 50 two tone (out of approx 200). The codes and pics of the colours can be viewed here http://gallery.oldho.../paint colours/ .My shed is for HQ-Z but the colours and codes are the same.
