the question is, on the b&m site they say the line lock can be put on at moderate pressures and left. ie works like a hand brake. do yas recon i'd get away with having this set up an d not having a hand brake??? suppose the fact that line locks are illegal might bear on that fact a bit but i'm curious what other peoples thoughs are....

you apparently havn't used a torana handbrake latley....Line locks rely on hydraulic pressure. Any pressure drop and your car rolls away.

I know they are cable and hydraulic.
But never seen one fitted to the vehicle so I'll take your word for it (for now........ haha)

If you don't want a handbrake cable your better off carrying a house brick around with you.

maybe when your bong is in your left hand....and dont they just cut off the pressure to the rear? so to use it as a handbrake, ud have to push the brake pedal in, then turn on the linelocker?

it has been established it's not a good idea for the street, but for a race ar probably not a bad idea, would work and theres less weight/things to get in the way.
enough of the bgucking bong jokes. im sick of it.
