blinkers flickin too fast

Is this just the flasher module or could it be somehting else, they were working fine when i took the dash apart but now flash too fast.
were is the flasher usually found on an LH??

you got a globe out? or the indicator light on the dash?

there is a clamp on the right hand side of the steering column.
its up a bit out of sight,in amongst the wires and brake pedal spring.

actually i think there is a globe out, how did i not think of that.
Both the lights on the dash work, i only have one bulb out, the right rear i believe, would this affect the left circuit also?? cos this one blinks fast too
