Looks like Bridgestone is going to continue production of the Eager S330 in 245/50/R14 and 265/50/R14's only. Just seeking confirmation of this, but at this stage those two sizes are available.

I'll post back when I get confirmation from Bridgestone.

Those sizes in 15" would be good too.

Yeah, the dude did say that no more 13's in the Eagers anyways, just those two sizes specified as they are still popular for the older cars.

Picked up two newies yesterday for the front, feels like I got power steering!!!!

Man size rims eh!! Lol, im not a big fan of the Bridgestone Eagers, i run Yokohama A509's in 225/60/14 all round on my UC, was wondering what kind of performance people are getting from their eagers as Yokohama do not make the A509 in 14" anymore and im almost up for a set... And what is the relative price. Looks like ill be going 245's now! Its a shame they dont do 205/50/14's cos i dont have power steering, nor do i want to park my car with 245's on the front!!

A 205/50R14 would not be legal on a UC Torana, as the load rating would be too small. That's actually assuming somebody makes that size. I'm fairly sure nobody does.

I don't have power steering either, just feels like I do with the new tyres, love that feeling after buying new tyres.

I paid $225 a tyre fitted for the Eagers 245/50/R14, and they threw in a wheel alignment. Had 205/60/14's ??? on my ole SL Torrie many moons ago. Where excellent in the dry but prone to aquaplaning in the wet (don't know which profile, a heap of little A's as the tread pattern - 20 odd years ago now). The Eagers, although wider are much better in the wet, bit harder than the Yokahama's I used to have and not so much grip in the dry.

That's my 2c on em anyways.

The Yokohame 352 had the A block tread pattern. I was never a fan of them.

So nobody at all does 225's for a 13" rim?

I've got two that are just legal but I'd like to get some new ones eventually. Looks like I'll have to go for a 205 semi slick...

Could be worth checking the competition intermediates from the various manufacturers, but your back pocket will feel it.
