There have been lots of threads in this section lately to do with putting Au thermos into LH/X model cars.
I myself have asked a few questions, and after finally getting hold of a set I put some in over the weekend.
I have posted pics and some brief descriptions of mods required to fit them for all to see.
They are ford AU fans. they measure 690mm at there widest point on the shroud and just fit in. My radiator was from a Hz and the rear (fan side) support bracket was hacked off so I had to make brackets up to fit the fans also.
Here is the link, I hope it makes things a little clearer.

hey Chia,
Are they genuine or aftermarket fans? and are you running any sort of thermostat controller etc.

Hi Heppy,
they are genuine Au fans, upside down so that they fit. Not running a themostatic controller yet but I will run one that is triggered off a themostat in the radiator as well as being able to switch them on manually (overide the thermstat switch).
They seem to keep it around the 180>185 mark at the moment, which is good considering it was running between 200>220 before with the clutch fan.
