Hi,
Can I get some suggestions on wheel alignment settings.
Compromise for a road and track use LC.
Top arm is lowered, car sits about 1" lower than standard XU1 and has long top bolts.
I have forgotton the settings it used to have before the shims went AWOL
I think it was
Camber 2deg negative
Caster 1 1/2deg positive
Toe out 1/16"

Any ideas please? I'm starting with no shims at all to go on.
Greg?

Thanks, John.

Howdy John,
1mm toe out.
as much positive caster as your arms will stand! :D
-ve camber depends on tyre choice mainly. But somewhere in the order of -2 deg would be a compromise start.

Cheers Greg..

More +castor = heavier steering at low speeds but a more postive feel - don't forget you don't have power steering!!
