My shed only lives in my dreams, currently.

Hopefully 1-2 years and it'll exist in the real world.

Looks really cool. Will just have to add on all the random stuff they'll make you do like solar panels, rainwater tanks, grey water tanks, 100A 3 phase supply to run all the electrics now you can't have gas etc!

One awesome thing I saw designed maybe 20 years ago on a slab-based construction. They buried two big water tanks under the slab, I think they were 5000 gallon but might have been bigger. Side by side and touching. Had some sort of sealing arrangement so they could have a doorway in between them, can't remember how they did the sealing between the tanks. Poured a beamed slab over the top with a round hole above one of them. Once slab was cured and building was done, they cut through one and put in a spiral staircase. The other became a wine cellar with the one having the staircase setup as a tasting area around the spiral.

Finally, after building the shed 20 years ago, getting around to concreting the carport and forecourt. d9d087068b730f4c92c426d3957e4325.jpg

Old school mate Andrew the 65 year old brickie runs on sweet milky coffee, sausage rolls and mull. He smeared 20m2 today with around 80m2 to go.

It’ll be a good start just to keep the dust down. We are built on an alluvial fan so clay soil. It is either bulldust or jam according to moisture.

9.4 tonne spread by hand this week, as well as prep for pour and two decent surfs. Might get fit at this rate.
