I managed to crank my YT head....across the top between valve seat inserts.

old mate who has it says that the don't weld it now..its done with a "cold stitch" anyone had any experience with this form of repair?

I hope he can fix it because cubic dollars have been spent on this head by various owners (myself included) and it is the reason I still own red sixes...without this head I would have moved on by now..it is that good.

Have not tried cold stich method ,maybe someone else has had it done. If you need it welded , I have just had a head crack welded up through Claus at GPE cylinder heads in Melbourne ph 039560944 did an excellent job at what I thought was a good price
