interesting to see that there was alot of lc gtr's built in total.
well that means my rally red lc gtr is 1 of 6570 built so taking into account the amount stolen written off and rebirthed probably explains why they are very hard to find matching
job well done.
its a shame they didnt include the colours.

thats interesting figures.
would putting up gtr production figures for each month and plant help give a rougher estimate on colour variety, and numbers.
I wrote about the possibility that some colours may have been only available from some plants, reducing the need for each plant to carry so many paint lines. but didnt get much response.
I also noticed cars produced around the same date/plant as mine often have the same colour combination, which doesnt seem to be a common colour, sebring orange.
Which might suggest some colours were specials. that is when they had enough orders they ran that colour in the spare paint line and did a batch of them.
I worked for nissan and they did the same thing for some colours eg, black, army green, plus other special orders.
to make sense of this would mean converting the cd to something usable, pull out gtr's and xu1's, and add the colour to the vin any time one is listed or supplied.
in time some patterns may start to appear.
like did both adelaide and brisbane both have the 4 original xu1 colours?
the cars they did batches of would narrow down the production figures of some colours.

or Indi orange only from adelaide
