1888 is Cotillion White 18X Slate Black with cloth inserts.
Dash needles should be white.
I presume seat inserts would be either Herringbone or Houndstooth, I dont think there is a way to tell which one.

hi,
details of my car
LH8VD69
480209M
1888 18X
568 15951
L32 M20 GU4
MIDDLE TAG
8D69REJ480209H
ADR TAG DRIVES SIDE
10/74 ALH023259M
CHASSIS RAIL
ALH023259M
It looks right to me
But after a few weeks of stripping down and sanding the non orignal paint work (it was green)
I can not see any evidence of the orignal white paint as per the id tag, and i'm starting worry that it my not be an orignal car as per the id tags.
Could it be that it has already had a full strip and repaint done
Where would i find orignal paint ?
any advice would be great
cheers

pull out your ashtray and unless they did a full strip down the colour will still be original in there.
