I have used Nifti for about 20 years. Available at the supermarket. Use a stiff brush like a nail brush but use gently. Always test a small section first with any cleaner encase the formualtion has change or the vinyl deteriorated etc.

The nifty worked a treat, done with a nail brush. it even scrubbed off overspray that was on the trim. the only thing was, it left a white haze, fixed with a healthy dose of silecote, my old man rips it off from work, it is a liquid sillicon that is used to keep street signs shiny, and protected from the elements. It smells great too, ask your council worker mates for some.
