The Daily driver UC that I have had since I started to drive , (thanks to first owner, my Grandad :) ) Is now officially off the road, and won't be back on the road untill it finished and ready. I will try and keep you's informed, but don't depend on something new every week :P hehe

Anyway, you can read all about my car on here

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/852521/2

A lot of old picture there.. Having it as a daily driver has it's downfalls, especailly when you are doing something to it, and the day's over and your left with something half done... I had that problem for a long time.. hehe

My Plans are as follows:
Re paint inside and out in VT COMMODORE SS Gold, With the whole body kit I have got. Drop Tank Under body powdercoating.
Dragway Draglite Mags. Mini Tubbed, Shortened 9 inch Diff to fit mass tyres. Twin Exhaust, Extractors. 355 Stroker V8, Tinted Windows. Manual Trans, Custom Interior, Race seats etc etc

I see you're going a shortened 9", what brakes and stud pattern are you intending to use? (front and rear)

The hardest way to do a project car is to do it to youir daily driver. It's virtually impossible. I found that out the hard way 20 years ago. As my project is one of my 4 cars, it makes it a lot easier.

I totally agree mate, that's why she is off the road and staying that way untill complete. It's sad, hehe but, It'll be a great journey. And it's not going to be one of those rush things, no way.

Thanks everyone for your interest, greatly appreciated.

Ohh yeah, and I'll be buying another car when I get sick of travelling by bus to Uni and Work, So I might as well buy a 4 banger LJ/LC hehe, Just to keep the Torana tradition going and save on the fuel :D
